A member or covered dependent may grant authorization to others to view their Guardian claims information. This can be particularly helpful in cases where someone else is responsible financially for the payment of claims or the person is incapacitated and unable to manage the claim process. To update the authorization, complete the following steps in Guardian Anytime.

Select the User Profile icon and then Update my profile.

Click the Update My Profile sub-tab.

Under the Access to Your Claims Information by Plan Member/Employee section, select Yes or No.

Click Submit.
