To submit information through Guardian’s Secure Channel, follow these steps.

In Guardian Anytime, under the Customer Service heading (near the bottom) click Contact Us.

Scroll to the I have a general question section and click Secure Channel.

Complete all the required fields, attach the files to upload, and then click Submit.
Note: Please allow 2 business days prior to contacting Guardian to confirm the submission has been received.
