Once you have registered for Guardian Anytime, users can reset their password anytime. Follow the steps below to reset your password.
- Visit the Guardian Anytime Login page.
- Under the User ID and Password fields, click Forgot your Password?
- Check "Guardian Anytime: Benefits through my employer or Employers offering benefits to their employees," then click Continue.
- Enter your user ID and complete all requested fields. Then click Submit.
Note: Wait approximately 5 minutes before attempting to log into Guardian Anytime using a new password.
