How do I view my Life Insurance coverage and benefits?

Members can view their Basic Life and Voluntary Life Insurance coverage and benefit information on Guardian Anytime and Employee Navigator.

Follow the steps below to view your coverage on Guardian Anytime.

1. Log in to Guardian Anytime. 
2. From the menu options across the top, select Benefits and then Overview to view your enrolled coverage elections, benefits overviews, and the cost of coverage per pay period.
3. In the coverage column, click the applicable hyperlink to view the desired benefits.

Follow the steps below to view your coverage through Employee Navigator.

1. Log in to Employee Navigator. 
2. To view and print your benefits summary, click on Enrollment Summary under the shortcuts options. This article may help. 

3. To view Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), click on Document Library under the shortcuts options. This article may help.
