Guardian Dental plan members can estimate the cost of a dental procedure on Guardian Anytime. Follow the steps below to obtain dental procedure costs.
- Visit Guardian Anytime Login to access your Member account.
- Select "Benefits" then "Overview" from the menu options at the top of the page.
- On the My Benefits Overview screen, locate the Coverage column and click the "Dental" hyperlink.
- Click on the "Estimate the cost of dental care" hyperlink at the top of the page.

Follow the three steps to obtain an estimated cost.
- Select Procedure - Select the appropriate procedure and click Continue.
- Input Zip Code - Enter your home Zip Code and click Continue.
- View Cost - The estimated cost for participating and non-participating dentists is displayed. Then calculate your balance based on your plan's benefits (deductible and coverage percentage).
