Does my dental plan cover the removal of wisdom teeth?

The removal of wisdom teeth is an Oral Surgery benefit.

As a member, you can verify if your plan includes this by following these steps in Guardian Anytime.

1. From the menu options, select Benefits and then Overview to display your elected benefits.

2. Locate the Coverage column and click on the Dental hyperlink.

3. Click the [+] sign in front of Basic and Major to expand the Coverage Information and locate the Oral Surgery benefit details, which includes the removal of wisdom teeth.
